Forming Uncommon Collaborations for the Common Good
CSP is a platform for synthesizing Creative Solutions to pressing community needs – through the collaboration of high performing teams united in common purpose.
Collaborators are individual team members (1) Who are trusted stewards (managers) within their community, and (2) Who have deep extensive experience along with different functional expertise and/or talents. Often, they share a deep appreciation for and connection to the communities they serve.

We Are Meant to Collaborate
Each one of us has a special gift to offer and a functional role to play. Every individual is born with a unique ability or gift. We are each a steward (manager) of our unique gifts, entrusted to use them to reflect truth, beauty, and lasting goodness, and to enhance the lives of others. Collaborations gather these individual gifts into a complementary whole, moving beyond the isolation of self and toward community wellbeing.
Each one of us has a profound inner yearning that is a signpost to living with purpose. Germans call it sehnsucht – a deep inner-longing or craving. C.S. Lewis notably describes it as a sense of nostalgia for another world entirely, the innate human desire for something that physical life alone can never quite satisfy. Once identified, this universal longing within each of us can be a welcomed “signpost” leading us to seek out opportunities to contribute our unique gifts and talents for the greater good.
We are meant to collaborate. Whether one looks for truth in Greek mythology, the Bible, or any other widely regarded philosophical or spiritual authority, the value of collaboration within community is essential and clear. It’s what allows the many (with their unique gifts and talents) to function as one and to flourish, drawing closer to the ultimate commendation of: “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
